Swishball Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy: We stand behind the quality of Swishball. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your Swishball set must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs: Because Swishball is a large, premium item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@playswishball.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and the exact shipping address for our facility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your Swishball set immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, you received the wrong item, or the game was damaged in transit, you must contact us at info@playswishball.com within 10 days of receiving your order. This allows us to properly evaluate the issue, make it right, and file any necessary claims with our shipping carriers.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. We do not refund the $55 shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
